The former president of the Ghana Football Association, Mr Kwesi Nyantakyi was yesterday banned by Fifa for engaging in alleged corrupt deals which was exposed by investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas.
He was banned for life from all football related activities with a fine of 500,000 Swiss France.
He was banned for breaking bribery and corruption rules, as well as conflict of interest rules.
Ace sports journalist, Micheal Oti Adjei in an interview on 3Fm’s Sunrise show has said that the extent of the ban isn’t a problem to him but rather the fact that the ban has made Mr Nyantakyi of no use in Ghana football.

He added that Mr Nyantakyi has the right to appeal at the court of Arbitration for sport.
