There is a certain lady known as Queen Haizel, described as a ‘fast rising Ghanaian singer’ who despite her short time spent in the industry has made a lot of noise due to her reliance on n*dity.
For many of our celebrities, the surest way to fame is to cause comotion with n*dity.
‘In case of lack of talent, turn to n*dity or needless controversy’ — this is probably what they teach in Gh celebrity school.
Queen Haizel has been doing that very well and is already on her way to ashawobrity status.
However, in a recent interview, the singer has made it clear that despite the public bashings she gets Ghanaians love her very much.
According to her despite all the bashings she gets when she releases her n*des, privately many people message her and say they love what she is doing.

Therefore she knows that Ghanaians would eventually accept her for what she’s doing.
“I am not disturbed (by criticism) at all because I know with time people would learn to understand me. It’s show business. I am capable of doing many things but our culture, tradition and happenings in the industry has restricted me,” she said.
“This is nothing new and am not the one reinventing the wheel of n*dity in Ghana. Traditionally, some women go n*de to curse others. Through that, they achieve their aims,”
Born Mercedes Haizel Cobbinah, Queen Haizel is a Ghanaian afropop songstress who claim to fame is releasing n*de paintings she terms as ‘art’. According to her when she strips she is engaging in ‘purposeful n*dity’.
