The front liner of Shatta Movement, Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr also known as Shatta Wale has said the popular Nigerian international superstar, Wizkid wanted to add his voice on his recently dropped Reign Album.

Shatta Wale had earlier dissed Wizkid claiming he, Shatta Wale is richer and a better musician than the Nigerian music sensation which resulted in an argument between Nigerians and Ghanaians on various social media platforms.

However, the rivalry between Shatta Wale and his colleague ended when Wizkid visited Ghana some few months ago.

Shatta Wale speaking in an interview on Accra based Zylofon FM with Sammy Flex disclosed that had it not been Wizkid’s busy schedule, he would have loved to feature him (Shatta Wale) on one of the songs (Exodus) on his Reign Album.

“Wizkid wanted to be featured on “Exodus” on the Reign Album when he came to Ghana but due to his busy schedule he has to leave,” he revealed.

From our own point of view, we believe Shatta Wale was rather snubbed by Wizkid due to this revelation made by Shatta Wale himself.
