Mark Okraku Mantey has advised the parents of the youngest Ghanaian award-winning Disk Jockey, DJ Switch‘s parents to give thanks to their daughter’s trainer.
According to Mark, even though the 10-year old girl has the talent but she was not born with mixers in her hands, it was someone who trained her to become who she is today.
He added that the issue of ungratefulness in the Ghanaian entertainment industry is becoming too much, most Ghanaians refuse to give acknowledgements to those who guide and train their wards to the limelight.
Mark Okraku made this statement on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz following the numerous complains made by DJ’s Switch’s trainer, DJ Fuad that he has been sidelined.
He said, “It is humane to appreciate DJ Fuad’s works. It’s not because he has been paid off. Ingratitude has been one of the biggest problems in the industry.
“Why do you think that when you pay Sony Music for their works, you still have to acknowledge their brand, little things must be appreciated, you lose nothing when you say thank you, they should appreciate DJ Fuad for his hard work.” he said.
