SHS Graduate Kwesi Arthur Says He’s Thinking Of How To Advance His Career And Not Acquiring A ‘Useless’ Degree

Kwesi Arthur completed his Senior High education at Tema SHS and then jumped into music, fighting until he made it to the top and became the household name he currently is.

He did not continue to the university at the time due to financial constraints, but with his current status that setback has now been fixed and he can go back to school if he desires.

The ‘Grind Day’ hitmaker has recently been asked whether he has any plans to go back to school and perhaps get a degree, but according to him he has no plans in that vein.

The BET Awards nominee in an interview with Cape Fm Saturday, said that he is currently concentrated on his music career and he does not have any inclination to go back to school.

“To be frank, I have completed SHS but I I have no plans whatsoever of continuing my education. My focus now is on music not in the acquisition of certificates”, he said.

Pushed further by the host if he would change his mind in the future to go back to school, he was insistent he does not need a degree.

“Errm there’s no way. I’ve never thought of that. Music is my everything for now. I’m thinking about how to cross boundaries with my music comparable to certificates.” he added.
