Kumawood actress, Rosemond Brown, popularly known in the movie industry as Akuapem Poloo has revealed that being in the industry for 10 years did not give her any recognition than her 6 months of being controversial.
Speaking in an interview with Arnold Alavanyo on the Vibe in 5 Show, Rosemond stated that she has been fighting her way up in the movie industry for years, she started gaining fame after she became loud.
She, however, added that everyone has his or her ways of gaining popularity and her own way to gain popularity is exactly what she has been doing.
“I have been in this industry for ten years but people knew who I was within six months of noise making, They call me foolish but look at where I am today. I wear expensive clothes and I am recognized nationwide”, she said.
She opined that she is not bothered when people talk badly against her as long as it is putting her in the limelight.
“I am not bothered by critics because the more they hate me, the more my popularity grows”, she added.
