For drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand, American actor, stand-up comedian, musician and author, Bill Cosby has been sentenced to 3─10 years in state prison today, Tuesday, September 25, 2018.
The 81-year-old stand-up comedian after an agreement by prosecutors and defense attorneys merged the 3 counts of his conviction into one for sentencing purposes.

Bill Cosby’s defense attorney pleaded for a sentence of house arrest due to Bill’s old age and blindness but that was not granted by the court.

He was convicted in 2004 on three counts of indecent assault for drugging and sexually assaulting Constand at his home.
The Montgomery County DA on their official Twitter handle posted; “Bill Cosby sentenced to 3 to 10 years in state prison”.
