“The Sweetest Soul With Demons He Never Deserved” – Read Ariana Grande’s Touching Tribute To Demised Ex-Boyfriend Mac-Miller

The death was reported of Malcolm McCormick, best known as Mac Miller, an American rapper, singer and record producer/ ex-boyfriend of Ariana Grande on the 7th of September from an apparent suicide. It is reported that his body was found “hours’ after his demise from a suspected overdose after a party he hosted the previous night in his home. It did not take long for the internet to point accusing fingers at his ex-girlfiend, embattled singer Ariana Grande (who was just in the news for getting groped inappropriately by a pastor at late singer Aretha Franklin’s memorial) for pushing him to commit suicide by dumping him and being happy in another relationship.

The backlash against the poor girl was so bad that she had to turn off her Instagram comments to preserve her own sanity. Even though the late rapper had hinted at his mental instability and drug abuse issues in some interviews prior to his death, the poor “Cat” from Nickelodeon’s Victorious had to take the blame for how a responsible adult male chose to handle his problems, because women are the cause of every misfortune that befalls a man. The late Mac Miller in his last interview with the New York Magazine claimed he didn’t want just happiness. In his own words, he said,  “I really wouldn’t want just happiness… And I don’t want just sadness either. I don’t want to be depressed. I want to be able to have good days and bad days … I can’t imagine not waking up sometimes and being like, ‘I don’t feel like doing sh*t.’ And then having days where you wake up and you feel on top of the world.”

Tributes have trickled in from all over the world for the late rapper, the latest being a touching one from Ariana, who knew him better than most. On her Instagram page, she posted a video of him in happier days with the caption, “i adored you from the day i met you when i was nineteen and i always will. i can’t believe you aren’t here anymore. i really can’t wrap my head around it. we talked about this. so many times. i’m so mad, i’m so sad i don’t know what to do. you were my dearest friend. for so long. above anything else. i’m so sorry i couldn’t fix or take your pain away. i really wanted to. the kindest, sweetest soul with demons he never deserved. i hope you’re okay now. rest.”

We all hope he’s getting that well-deserved rest. RIP Mac Miller.
