Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, Member of Parliament for Assin Central has blamed the officials of the Central Bank of Ghana (BoG) for the collapse of the five indigenous Banks in Ghana.
According to the controversial politician, the officials at the bank of Ghana should be arrested first before any other punishment is given to the managers of the collapsed banks.
He added that it was the bank of Ghana who failed to do its work assigned to them to be checking on these banks before granting them licence to operate.
“If the government wants to take action on these collapsed banks, they should arrest all those officials at the bank of Ghana before attacking the managers of the banks.
