The mortal remains of Ghanaian former UN Secretary-General, Kofi Annan is set to arrive in Ghana from Switzerland this evening.
As part of arrangements, the President of the Republic, Nana Akufo-Addo and other distinguished officials as well as journalists are expected to welcome the remains of Kofi Annan at the Kotoka International Airpot.
The remains will then be transported to the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC) where the public would be allowed to file past and pay last respect to the Ghanaian Diplomat on Tuesday, September 11, 2018.
Kofi Annan’s burial service is expected to be graced by foreign Diplomats, UN Officials and other state officials across the globe.
