There are truly inspiring people in this country who survive tremendous odds and manage to create something out of their lives despite having to deal with challenges most others do not have to.
Such people, true heroes, deserve celebrating to let others in similar positions have the fortitude to fight and make it as well.
A quadriplegic Ghanaian artist is making immense waves after he drew some portraits of the second lady Samira Bawumia.
The paintings of the second lady of the land are just one of many the artist, Joel Acheampong, is able to paint despite the lack of ability to utilize his arms and legs.
He suffered an unfortunate accident at the age of 7 which made him lose the ability to use all his limbs and since then has trained himself to be an artist despite this literally crippling drawback.
