Rumours had it that the Nigerian audience present at the just ended Menzgold-Zylofon launch were paid to shun and disgrace Ghanaian artistes.
Reacting to the allegations, one of the Zylofon Music signed artistes, the headliner of Shatta Movement, Shatta Wale who performed at the show has said, he would have sacked them if he had known that they were paid to humiliate them.
The Shatta Movement boss who cannot understand what happened to them in Nigeria quizzed that if the event organizers had knowledge that their audience always demands money before cheering up foreign artistes, then why didn’t they do it?
“I knew that the clappers were employed to come and supposedly cheer us, why didn’t they do it? If had known that they were instructed to shun us, I would have sacked them all.”
