Ghana’s rap god, King Sark released one of his hit tracks titled “Borga” 9 years ago ─, the track explained the difficulties Ghanaians go through when they travel abroad to seek greener pastures.
One Mr James Korsah-Brown, a philanthropist and corporate banker in a recent interview has revealed that Sarkodie at the time he released his “Borga” song had never travelled abroad before and also it took them 8 good months to shoot the music video for the song.
Mr James Korsah-Brown who was a team member of Duncwills Entertainment management, the management of Sarkodie at the time in an interview with Radio Central’s Amansan Krakye said;
“Do you know one secret about Sarkodie?, when he did that song ‘Borga’, he had never travelled abroad before so all the verses were just made belief”.
Touching on the hustle they had to go through to put up the music video, he added, “It took us 8 months to shoot Borga video”.
