The demise of Dancehall sensation Ebony Reigns has brought out a lot more problems than anyone could have ever imagined. The greatest of this has got to do with the constant verbal war between Bullet and Ebony’s father.
The back of the Carmel got broken over the weekend when Bullet decided to sever all ties with Ebony Reigns’ legacy and handed over all her unreleased songs to her father, Nana Opoku Kwarteng.
Mr Kwarteng yesterday sparked another controversy after one thought all the dust was settled. In an interview with Regina Van Helvert on GhOne TV’s Rythmz Live, he brought out a list which alleged that some musicians and other entertainers who performed at his late daughter’s tribute concert took money. He alleged that the list he had was given to him by Bullet, former manager of the late Dancehall diva.
However, Coded of 4×4 fame has reacted to the allegation by the Father of Ebony. In a video he posted on his Instagram page, the Hiplife artist expressed disappointment in the information circulating on social media.
According to Coded, he never performed for money and for him to take GHC1,000 for a show is very demeaning and further advised the family of the late Ebony and Bullet to settle this issue amicably and not entangle artists to tarnish their image.
