Most Of The Modern Gospel Songs Are Wack And Meaningless As Compared To Some Secular Music –Actress Adwoa Smart

Veteran Ghanaian actress and entertainer, Adwoa Smart has stated that some secular songs are more meaningful than most of the modern day gospel songs.
Aunt Adwoa in an interview with Doctor Cann on Happy FM’s Showbiz Xtra revealed that she loves listening to all types of music genres especially worship songs.

She further added that even though she loves to listen to worship songs but sometimes she enjoys listening to reggae music because most of the words used in reggae music make sense than even our modern day gospel songs.

“I enjoy all kinds of music if only it sounds good. I also like gospel worship songs but there some secular songs like reggae that have very deep lyrics as compared to some gospel songs.
“People classify Reggae as bad songs, as wee songs, as Akpeteshie songs, but if you take your time and listen to the words you will realize that it’s a gospel song,” she said.
