Dancehall act Epixode has tagged Shatta Wale a ‘thief’ after the latter outdoored the artwork for his upcoming ‘The Reign’ album.
The artwork depicts the concept of the ‘trinity’ — ie three things being one — and Epixode says it’s a rip off from his own album.
After Shatta tweeted his artwork, Epixode went to social media to mock him.
“Lol this one too u Dey copy … oo Charlie .. hahahhaThank God for the unique gift I have .. it’s amazing how these guys always have to imitate all I do .. you copy my first album art cover and now my second album idea .. #3nity .. lol I laugh enter gold coast” he wrote.
Epixode released his album dubbed ‘Trinity’ earlier this year.
But Shatta Wale has defended himself, adding that the trinity he’s using is due to his belief in God.
“THE SIGN SIMPLY MEANS: “THE TRINITY” THATS MY 3 FINGERS.. GOD IS GOOD!” Wale wrote.
In another post he mocked Epixode back: “Some times people deh say things weh deh funny me.. #onewaystyle”.
