Legal practitioner Maurice Ampaw has suggested that fake prophets who are using the name of God and fake prophecies to cause fear and panic among famous Ghanaian celebrities should be jailed a minimum of 10 years.
He explained that, if someone threatens your life with death prophecies, you have every right to ‘slap’ them with a lawsuit which is punishable by a 10-year jail sentence.

Speaking with Akua Amoakowaa on “The Purple Room” show on Angel TV, the controversial lawyer explained that;
“Someone can control you when he puts fear in you, and that is what they do. So if they put that reasonable fear in you, then you fall to their tricks and do everything they tell you to do”.

Lawyer Maurice Ampaw added that “If a pastor tells you, you are going to die, it is a threat of death and you can sue him for a maximum death sentence of 10 years and five years minimum.
“What baffles me is the strange tongues they speak. They pretend to in the realm of the spirits and begin to make utterances about seeing a supposed attack from a family member.”
