After receiving approval to run the Cambridge Assessment Curriculum, North Hills International School has received its certificate of registration, officalizing its new status.
North Hills International School applied for the designation which was approved, becoming one of only ten schools/centers in Accra running the high class Cambridge Assessment system.
The Cambridge Assessment International Education system is a series of programmes carefully designed to “prepare school students for life, helping them develop an informed curiosity and a lasting passion for learning.”
Only carefully screened schools globally are given the privilege to run the system after fulfilling rigorous pre conditions. North Hills becomes one of the few schools who run the system in Ghana.

What makes North Hills’ achievement all the more remarkable is the speed with which they have achieved this milestone. It’s almost unheard of in Ghana for a school to be officially approved by Cambridge Assessment International Education to run the Cambridge curriculum just under a year of establishment—due to the high standard and facilities required before being accepted into the global network of esteemed schools.
But North Hills International School which was founded in September 2017 has already met the stringent Cambridge standard and the school has been approved to offer the best education possible to its pupils, guided and shaped by the Cambridge system.
When it comes to North Hills International, the education of a child is not just about enrolling the individual into any school, it’s about placing the child in a modern educational environment, surrounded by great teachers, facilities and classmates capable of preparing the child for the bigger world.
