The people of Spain are not going to sit around to record a casualty before they put a criminal charge on something that has the propensity for such a fate.
After actor Will Smith’s InmyfeelingsChallenge where the actor was seen scaling the Budapest bridge went viral, a lot of people have been doing all they can to beat that record and it got worst when Drake himself agreed Will is the winner of the challenge.

We have seen jumping out of moving a car and pulling other dangerous stunts all in the name to beat Will and that is what has prompted the Police in Spain to send a message to its people that anyone who involves themselves will face criminal charges.
“..Doing a challenge such as #InMyFeelingsChallenge could end in criminal charges [if it violates traffic rules],” said the statement by the regional police force in Spain’s northeastern region of Catalonia, the Mossos d’Esquadra.
Adding, “Road safety is not a game!”
