There are so many lawyers in Ghana, especially those inclined towards human right issues — at least one of them should take over the case of this lady pro bono and help her put some real fear in Midland Savings and Loans.
Any company which employs such an animal to brutalize a paying customer should face the full rigours of civil law, not to mention the associated PR disaster.
If the lady gets a competent lawyer she can make a fortune out of this company instead of the pittance they would give her if she deals with them one on one.
Midlands knows this, which is why they are making efforts to solve the issue immediately.
Public Relations Officer of the company, George Paa Kow Hagan, said on 3news that they are working with the woman to grant her compensation for her suffering.

He said they are looking into the issue of the policeman, whom they’ve reported to the relevant authorities but “…more importantly, you need to know we are engaged with the customer concerned to make sure that she receives full compensation, full attention and full apology from the company.” he said.
The company also released a statement in the aftermath of the video going viral.
