Musician Brenya has asked the Ghana Police Service to put a stop to harassing people especially those with dreadlocks and focus their energies on the real criminals.
The musician revealed that Ghana Police treated him with disrespect and abused him verbally when the Police stopped him on his way from the studio with his friends.
According to the musician in an interview on Zylofon 102.1 FM, the police abused them because of their appearance.

He, therefore, advised that the police shouldn’t see people with dreadlocks as criminals when the real lawbreakers are living around them.
“People with dreadlocks are generally perceived to be troublemakers. But we are not the once stealing the country’s money”, he lamented.
