Official: Nomadic Ghanaian Midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng Signs For Sassuolo In Serie A


Kevin Prince-Boateng has added another name to the long list of clubs he has played for, signing a new deal with Italian Serie A side Sassuolo.
Boateng, now 31 years of age, has completed a move from Entracht Frankfurt in Germany to Italy, where he has already played twice in his career.
Sassuolo announced the deal Thursday afternoon, posting on their website.
“The Sassuolo Calcio Sports Union announces that it has completed the following market operation: Boateng Kevin-Prince ( midfielder) acquired permanently from Eintracht Frankfurt.
“The player will be presented to the press tomorrow Friday, July 6 at 3 pm at the Seminar Room of the Mapei office in Via Valle d’Aosta, 46 in Sassuolo.” the club wrote.
Boateng’s previous two spells in Italy where with Milan, with whom he won a Scudetto in his more successful first spell and then had a shorter six month spell in 2016.
Aside Milan and Frankfurt, Boateng has played for Las Palmas, Tottenham Hotspurs, Hertha Berlin and Schalke 04 in his nomadic career.
