RuffTown record’s signee, Wendy Shay has joined the many Ghanaian musicians to name her fan base as it has now become the norm in the Ghanaian music industry.
Sarkodie’s fans are normally gentle and ‘cool’ just like him and they call themselves “SarkNatives”, who support his music and brand in a very loyally manner whether he is right or wrong.
The same with Ghanaian self-acclaimed Dancehall king, Shatta Wale — his fans are very noisy and mostly ignorant of whatever they say. They support anything from Shatta Wale, whether good or ‘rubbish’ and they call themselves “Shatta Movement” (SM4Lyf).

Ghana’s finest Dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy also has “BHiMNation”, Samini also has “High-Grade Family”, Patapaa has “Pa2Pa Soldiers”, M.Anifans for rapper M.anifest and the likes.
Well, the “Uber Driver” hitmaker, Wendy Shay realising how formidable such fan bases are, have smartly named her fan base as “SHAYTANTS”, a name coined from her showbiz name, Wendy Shay.
So henceforth, all fans of Wendy Shay would be called “SHAYTANTS”.
