Does anything symbolize the state of Ghana much more than this? Someone supposed to be protecting us bumbling around intoxicated whilst putting our lives in danger instead.
That sounds like a perfect metaphor for most politicians in Ghana.
A viral video on social media shows a police officer boarding a trotro in Accra Tuesday whilst drunk out of his mind.
The officer, according to the one who took the video, boarded the trotro from Ridge Roundabout to Madina.
He was obviously intoxicated and seemingly on duty as he was brandishing a rifle.
It’s clear with his mental state and holding a weapon that he was putting the lives of those in the car in danger.
Since the video went viral the police command has indicated they would take disciplinary actions against the officer.
