Tragic news out of Nigeria this morning – the one year old son of Nigerian recording artist D’Banj has died after drowning in the pool in their house.
Daniel Oyebanjo III, the only child of D’Banj and his wife Lineo Didi Kilgrow, fell in their pool at their plush residence in Ikoyi, Lagos.
The news has shocked the world, with condolences coming in to the singer, who was out of the country when it happened.
It’s hard to lose a baby at such a age and it’s clearly illustrated in the happy moments D’Banj and his family has shared over the past 13 months that Daniel has been their pride and joy.
