Ghanaian gospel singer, Reverend Mensah Bonsu has stated that some Ghanaian pastors are very wicked and are not even supposed to be standing on the pulpit and preach the word of God.
Speaking in an interview on Onua FM‘s popular “Anigye Mmere” show, he angrily disclosed that some of his colleague pastors who invite him to sing at their programs do not perform their Ghanaian way of welcoming visitors and when you bid them farewell, all they say is God be with you.
“My colleague Pastors are wicked. You will sing from morning to evening and they won’t give you common malt. When you bid them farewell, they say ‘May the Lord be with you’. May who be with me?”
When asked why he has been less active in music for a couple of years, answered that he has songs but there is no fund to promoting the music and also he has no producer to release his songs.

He further revealed that the church he fellowship with rejected his album when he submitted it to them for promotion.
“When you complain in secrecy they pay no heed to you, you tell them your mind when an opportunity to be on the radio comes your way. Their conduct is distasteful. When I released “Yehowa M’abankese’, I presented the album to my church, suggested that they promote it and use the profit for the construction of the chapel, they ignored me. God is my witness,” he angrily disclosed.
