Fancy Gadam Featured In GIJ Exams For Using 'Misogynistic' Lyrics In 'Total Cheat' (PHOTO)

Tamale based artist Fancy Gadam has been called out for using ‘misogynistic’ lyrics in his award winning single ‘Total Cheat’.
The single, which featured Sarkodie, was the song which controversially beat Patapaa’s ‘One Corner’ to Most Popular song of the Year at the 2018 VGMA awards.
Fancy Gadam’s famous chorus from the song about being ‘totally cheated’ has now become the subject of an exam question at the Ghana Institute of Journalism.
The question asks about the misogyny inherent in the lyrics and asks for students to list its consequences.
