Ghanaian uprising rapper, Samuel Frimpong aka Medikal has promised to start “Don’t Do Drugs” campaign by June in most of the tertiary and senior high schools in Ghana.
According to Medikal, he has even lost his friend through this highly risen drugs such as tramadol and codeine abuse and as a musician, the little thing he can do to assist in putting a stop to this menace is to help educate the youth.
He explained that, if Ghanaian youths will continue killing themselves with these illicit drugs such as Tramadol and Codeine, then the future of our nation is not certain.

“As a young man and musician, I see a lot of my fellow young ones these days using illicit drugs like it’s a new way. The way our future generation is trying so hard to make the use of drugs the new cool is a serious bother.
“With all these abuses of the drugs such as Tramadol and codeine, I got so scared and worried for our future leaders. For that reason, my team and I decided to do something about it. That is how we settled on ‘Don’t Do Drugs’ campaign,” he concluded.
