Actress Nayas 1 has been granted bail after her assault of Ernest Opoku triggered a police case.
On Tuesday, she was charged with unlawful entry and granted bail on that charge.
She was expected to be charged with assault as well but police were unable to locate the complainant Opoku and thus charged her with only the one count.
Nayas 1, who says she’s pregnant, stormed the offices of Adom Fm Monday during a Live worship program to lash gospel singer Ernest Opoku, who she was pissed off with after he impregnated her and tried to force her to get an abortion.
She said the assault was because Opoku bragged she cannot do anything to him, and she has threatened to keep lashing him until he apologizes to her.
After the assault, Opoku went to the Nima police station with Adom Fm’s Kwabena Idan to launch a complaint against Nayas.
