12 People Just Died On The Same Road Ebony Died On In February — Nothing Has Really Changed

There is a famous saying that doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is the definition of insanity.
If that saying doesn’t apply to this sh*thole country called Ghana then nothing else does.
When Ebony died and the whole nation was mourning some made the point that road accidents are pretty common in Ghana because of numerous factors and Ebony’s is only making news because she was popular.
We didn’t even have to wait six months and already more people have died on that same stretch of road Ebony died on.
Nothing has really changed.

A Ford minibus, travelling from Sunyani to Kumasi, was involved in a head on collision with a cargo truck near Mankraso.
Twelve people are reported dead from the accident, which occurred just about 4km from the exact spot of Ebony’s accident.

Some survivors of the accident have been admitted at the Bechem Government Hospital.
