NPP’s Northern Regional Chairman Bugri Naabu was involved in a grisly accident earlier today which left him in critical condition.
Naabu was returning from Sawla and Bole where he had been campaigning for reelection as regional chairman when his car veered off road whilst it was raining, somersaulting several times and landing on its side.
After his accident his condition was so bad that he was airlifted from Tamale to Accra to receive further treatment.

Meanwhile, Naabu is now reported to be doing much better and is responding to treatment.
