The much-awaited 19th edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards came off yesterday, Saturday, April 14, 2018, at the Accra International Conference Centre.
Surprising, the late dancehall diva, Ebony Reigns was crowned with the topmost accolade on the night–in all, she won four awards becoming the artiste with the highest number of awards on the night.
Artistes billed to perform on the night also did not disappoint the audience as they kept on warming the stage with spectacular performances.
One of the many performances that caught the attention of Ghanaians was the performance of Sarkodie, the 2018 Best Rapper. The first part of his performance took many by surprise when he started with a gospel rap song admonishing Christians to praise God and also lean on Him.
