Ghanaian actress Baby Blanche who is popular for her one-woman campaign to get the entire populace to go commando because according to her, wearing underpants generates body odor has expressed her readiness to strip nude for a photoshoot, but only if her mother approves and it involves $1 million dollars. She, however, drew the line at acting pornography and claims she will only strip for the camera as long as it doesn’t involve sleeping with anyone. Even though she is known for her raunchy roles in movies like “Hot Fork”, “Adults Only”, “What Sex Can Do”, etc the actress believes she is above acting pornography and will only go as far as doing nude photoshoots for what she considers a large sum of money.
In an interview with Zionfelix on Celebrity Ride, she took the opportunity to push for her advocacy against undergarments. She slammed Ghanaians for being hypocrites who know very well that she is fighting for the truth and keep castigating her in public but will secretly turn around to congratulate her behind closed doors for her good work. She claims many women and even some of her male friends always approach her just to praise her for asking women not to wear underpants because vaginal odor has caused many relationships to collapse.
When asked whether she has lost any deals or had to forfeit any endorsements because of her commando campaign, she replied by saying that she has never gotten any endorsement deals anyway so she has nothing to lose. “Well already I don’t have any deals, no one has approached me yet. I know I spoke the truth, the things is Ghanaians know the truth but they don’t like to be told the truth, they don’t like people who speak up and are bold, but I have had women approach me and thank me for telling the truth, even some of my male friends have given me thumbs up. I have said what I have said. My male friends tell me the difficulty in dealing with vaginal odor, for those who know the truth they have accepted the campaign”, she insisted.
Also, she says whether she wears panties or not is none of anyone’s business and is yet to lose a boyfriend just because she has made herself commando-in-chief, so Ghanaians should either join her or suffer the consequences of wearing panties.
