Stonebwoy’s ‘small boy’ Kelvynboy made his label proud as he won the award for the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards Unsung Category.
Kelvynboy, signed to Burninton Music Group, beat back competition from numerous other talented unsung artists to pick up the award.
The VGMA Unsung Category rewards the best up and coming star of the previous year under review, with previous winners including Kuami Eugene, Adomaa and Dark Suburb.
This year’s nominees for the award included Dope Nation, Dhat Girl, OBKay, Real MC and Christian.

The 2018 VGMA proper comes off this Saturday, April 14th, at the Accra International Conference Centre.
