The Ghana Police Service have some hired criminals in their employ just as the army does and they behave with impunity because no one in authority punishes them for breaking the law.
Police officers are not supposed to beat the crap out of civilians but it just happened and we all know nothing would ever be done about it.
A video taken surreptitiously by a Ghanaian bystander shows some officers believed to be from the Motor Traffic and Transport Unit (MTTU) beating a Ghanaian by a roadside.
The backstory of the video is not really clear but what is showing is assault on a totally unnecessary scale being perpetrated by several officers against a civilian and even when one bystanding lady tried to intervene she nearly got assaulted herself.
