Wife of the current Ghanaian Vice President, Mrs Samira Bawumia has disclosed the reasons behind her high appetite for glamorous Ghanaian fashion.
The Second Lady made this revelation yesterday to explain the reason why she always presents herself in a good Ghanaian style when she hosted the International Women’s Day Edition of the Morning Star.

“I don’t try to say anything with my fashion. I just want to be me. It is an expression of me but it is also a celebration of the talent we have in Ghana.” she said.
“Most of what I wear is made in Ghana and they are exquisite designs that our Ghanaians make. And the people who make clothes for me have seen their businesses blooming. So for me, its also supporting their industry and showcasing Ghanaian fabrics, talents and boosting the industry.” She said.
