Lawyer Maurice Ampaw has revealed why it took him and his wife so long to conceive despite 21 years of marriage.
Ampaw has been open about he and his wife’s birth struggles and it took them over 11 years after marriage before they could have a child.
According to Ampaw, within those 11 years he suffered from low sperm count because he had numerous habits which kept his count low.
“We have been married for 21 years now but for 11 years we had no children. I [was] always busy, stressing myself and eating late. I wore tight panties too and so all these made me suffer low sperm count and was affecting production of sperms”, he revealed.
According to him, after consulting a doctor he was given some directives which he followed and they later successfully welcomed twins into their lives.
Speaking on Hitz Fm, Ampaw also recounted the well known story of how he met his wife when she was 16 years and broke her virginity when she was 22. He said to this day has been the only man to have slept with her.
“I was very jealous about her and didn’t want any guy to touch her… so I was the one who broke her virginity at age 22. Up till now, no other man has seen her nakedness apart from me. I’m so proud of her. Even pastors proposed to her but she rejected them because of me.” he recounted.
