Manager of the late dancehall diva, Ebony has revealed that Ebony’s album will be released in 2018 to honour her.
Chief Executive Officer of RuffTown Records, Bullet speaking on stage at the St Martins De Porres school, Dansoman where Ebony’s one-week memorial celebration is taking place indicated that Ebony while alive released a couple of songs which will be compiled and released as her first album to honour her.
Bullet who was emotional added that Ebony was a big artiste not only in Ghana but also beyond the borders of Ghana judging from the calls he has received concerning Ebony’s death around the world.
Bullet went on to state that Ebony’s death has been reported on the official website of Black Entertainment Awards (BET) which clearly indicates that BET was monitoring the progress of Ebony Reigns in Ghana.
He also disclosed that deals worth millions of dollars yet to be signed have all gone down the drain because of Ebony’s sudden demise. Bullet was very emotional in his brief speech and indicated that Ebony is dead but her legacy will still live on.
Bullet concluded that the family of Ebony and RuffTown Records will still continue to work hand in hand to undertake a project, Ebony Foundation.
