Police in Tafo have arrested six people suspected of being part of the mob who tried lynching two alleged lesbians.
The six were picked up by the police in the aftermath of the incident.
As we reported, a mob of young people in Tafo recently ‘arrested’ two lesbians allegedly having fun in their own bedroom.
The mob grabbed them from their room and tried lynching them but luckily, a police patrol team managed to save them.
In the melee, some officers even got injured.
Police says investigations are still ongoing and more arrests could be coming.
