Ghanaian hiplife artiste, Nana Boroo has disclosed that his absence from the music scenes was as a result of a broken heart he suffered.
Nana Boroo came to limelight when he released his song ‘Aha Y3 D3’ in 2010 which was followed by another hit song ‘Bebiasoso’ which took over the airwaves in 2014.
Nana Boroo after enjoying the fame from his two hit songs vanished all of a sudden from the industry, with some opining that his career had sunk into the ‘deep seas’.
Nana Boroo narrating his story to Andy Dosty on Hitz FM’s Daybreak indicated that his girlfriend jilted him unexpectedly for another artiste. He added that the incident affected him as well as his career–he lost focus on music.
He continued that he had to take time off to heal his wounds since it affected him deeply.
Nana Boroo said, “Been busy with other stuff, being work, business, and … healing the heart small.”
Nana Boroo recently released a new single titled ‘Broken Heart’ featuring Sarkodie, the song he says it’s a reflection of his heartbreak brouhaha.

Nana Boroo concluded by asking his fans to share their heartbreak stories on his social media pages to stand a chance of winning a package from him should any touches his heart.
