Ghana’s fast-growing entertainment record Label, Zylofon Media has stated that all signees at Zylofon are equal and that Shatta Wale is not bigger than any of the signed artistes as many see it.
Public Relations Officer for Zylofon Media, Sammy Flex in an interview on Abusua FM in Kumasi said:

“Zylofon Media is not only interested in Shatta wale’s launching but all other artistes. Currently, we have been replaying all our events for people to know what we are doing. This is how come you may see Shatta’s unveiling on TV and not because we see him as bigger than any of our artistes”.
Sammy Flex continued that Shatta Wale’s move to Zylofon wouldn’t affect any of the signed artistes.

According to Zylofon Media, all signees add equal value to the Zylofon brand and pleaded with fans of various signed artistes not to see Zylofon as biased just because Shatta Wale was given huge publicity.
Sammy Flex added that Shatta Wale’ move to Zylofon wouldn’t result in internal wrangles but rather serve as a platform for more collaborations with each other.

On the question of the amount of money involved in Shatta Wale’s signing, Sammy Flex answered that it was not necessary to disclose as both partners signed not to make it public.
