History has been made as Ghanaian beat maker, Killbeatz wins an award at the 2018 Grammys.
The 60th Grammy Awards which was held on Sunday at the Madison Square Gardens in New York, USA saw Ghanaian producer and beat maker, Killbeatz winning an award on the night for his active involvement in a music project which won an award.
The song “Bibia Be Ye Ye” which was produced by Killbeatz happens to be on British singer Ed Sheeran’s “Divide” album which won Best Pop Vocal album at 2018 Grammys.
The song also featured UK-based Ghanaian artiste Fuse ODG.

The award itself goes to Ed Sheeran but a certificate showing Killbeatz involvement on the song will be awarded to him.
Ghanaians made history on the night as Fuse ODG also won an award for co-writing Ed Sheeran’s ‘Divide” album which won Best Pop Vocal Album at this year’s Grammys.

Ed Sheeran’s “Divide” album which happens to be his third studio album was released on 3rd March 2017.
