Nollywood To Hollywood Drama – Genevieve Nnaji's Name Has Also Been Dropped From Avengers Cast

Hopes of Genevieve Nnaji’s fans to see her in a Hollywood movie have been sent down the drain just as it happened to fans of Funke Akindele when her name was published among the cast of Avengers Infinity War.
Popular online movie review and database portal, IMDb, replaced Funke Akindele’s name with Genevieve Nnaji two days ago and recent checks on IMDb.com shows the latter’s name is also no more part of the cast.

Reasons for the changes have not been made known but this has so far caused some bitterness among Nollywood fans who feel there’s probably some manipulation just to market the movie among Africans.
There were gossips that Genevieve lobbied her way to replace her colleague whilst other fans say Funke declined the offer leaving it vacant for the former.

Both stars, Funke Akindele and Genevieve Nnaji have all not spoken on the issue yet neither has Marvel Studios but the image below shows when Genevieve was listed as part of the cast and now that her name has been taken off.
