The director of the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise, James Gunn, has offered U.S President Donald Trump $100,000 to have his weight recorded publicly.
Trump had a routine medical check-up conducted by government doctors recently and the results were released publicly to assure the American people that the President is in perfect health.
One part of the results which has drawn ridicule from sections of the public is the weight proportions released.
The doctor said the President is 6′ 3″ tall and weighs 239 pounds (Ibs), which nobody seems to believe.
The 239 Ibs number has sparked online ridicule as people post photos of athletes who weigh the same as the President and showing the difference.
In response to the confusion, Gunn wants Trump to take a public weighing with a scale they both agree on to finally put the ‘conspiracy’ to bed.
