Nollywood star Osita Iheme has completed the construction of a brand new hotel which is now open for business.
Dubbed ‘The Resident’, the actor revealed on social media that construction is now complete and the public can start patronizing.
‘The Resident’ is located at Osita Iheme Crescent, New Owerri, in Nigeria’s Imo State.

The diminutive actor posted photos of the completed hotel on Instagram. According to reports, construction started in late 2015.
