Nollywood actress Funke Akindele has landed a Hollywood role and is set to be part of the next movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe – Avengers: Infinity War.
IMDB, the world’s largest movie database, listed Akindele as part of the cast for the upcoming movie, which is set to be a box office blockbuster if past records are anything to go by.
According to reports, Akindele has scored a minor role as part of a squad of all female special ops forces from Wakanda, from Marvel’s Black Panther comics. Infinity War would be a conglomeration of Marvel Superheroes.
Akindele’s role would probably be similar to the minor role Abraham Attah landed in Spider-Man:Homecoming.

Born Akindele Olufunke Ayotunde, Funke is a Nigerian actress most known for playing ‘Jenifa’ in the ‘Jenifa’s Diaries’ series.
Avengers: Infinity War is expected in theatres on April 25th, 2018.
