Gospel musician Gifty Osei aka ‘Empress’ at the 2017 People’s Celebrity Awards thrilled the audience with her own version of Shatta Wale’s song, Freedom and NDC ‘s ‘Onaapo’ tune.
Gifty Osei performed to the satisfaction of the audience with her gospel version of the two songs.

Gifty Osei being backed by vocalists with the chorus ‘Onaapo’ subtly used the lyrics of the song indirectly to praise Jesus stating that no one can be compared to Him.
The Empress quickly switched to Shatta Wale’s song and thrilled the charged audience with her own version accompanied by the live band instrumentalists.

Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale, TeePhlow, Fancy Gadam, KiDi, Kuami Eugene, Ebony and others rocked and did their best to the satisfaction of the audience in the auditorium.
