Kwabena Kwabena has finally spoken out about claims by Kontihene that he discovered him, describing them as completely false.
According to the ‘Asor’ hitmaker, Kontihene rather came to him begging to feature on one of his songs at the time and not the other way round.
The two artists worked together on Kwabena Kwabena’s first ever album but don’t see eye to eye these days.
Kontihene recently spoke out about their split and said he discovered the young Kwabena Kwabena and even helped produce his first album.
Speaking on 3Music, Kwabena Kwabena said he produced the entire album himself and had another investor which helped push the album.
“Even talking about the album he said he invested in, he collaborated with me on two songs which are Asor and Trodo. The album has nine tracks and there was seven that I recorded myself. Two, the song Aso has an investor from the United States of America called Isaac”.
