Efya has angrily replied to Bulldog after the artist manager claimed that male managers can only properly manage female artists if they sleep with them.
In a recent radio interview, the serial winner of best vocalist in Ghana said the assertion is simply ridiculous and untrue on every level.
Efya, speaking on A1 Radio in Bolgatanga, said that business should be separated from a personal life and that is what leads to success.
“I think it’s ridiculous for an artiste manager to say that. It is ridiculous for him to suggest this,” she said.
“We are here to make money not boyfriends so we at all times separate business from the relationship because it’s the business that has to be sustained. Relationships can break anytime so the perception that you need to date your manager before you can be successful in music is ridiculous,” Efya heatedly added.
