Ghanaians and their obsession with the dead and funeral are quiet ‘crazy’ comparing to how they treat people when they are living, there’s a huge gap between the living and the dead in terms of treatment.
Ghanaians love to lament and say pleasant things about the dead even though they can’t hear a word of whatever praise being poured on them, that’s absurd!

Most people even go the extra mile to erect tomb mansions just to show their love for the dead whilst there are living human beings sleeping in the streets.
Kumawood actress, Clara Benson aka Maame Serwaa lost her mother, Mrs Rose Benson, a few weeks ago and she has promised to honour her mother with a lavishing and befitting burial. In otherwise she will be the cost bearer of her mother’s funeral.

Maame Serwaa believes that her mother should be given such a lavish burial because of the role she played in her upbringing, “I wouldn’t mind spending all my money on my mother’s burial”, she stressed.
Mrs Rose Benson’s one-week celebration came off on Sunday, December 17 at Atwema Koforidua in the Ashanti Region and it was graced the likes of Jackie Appiah, Prince David Osei, Kofi Adjorlolo, Van Vicker, Martha Ankomah and other important personnel.
